Introduction: Correction of Class II subdivision malocclusions, which is characterized by dentoalveolar asymmetry, has been a challenge for many orthodontists, and lingual braces are used to correct several occlusal problems, presenting the advantage of not compromising patient aesthetics. Objective: The aim of this study is to present a case report of a patient with Class II malocclusion, right subdivision and severe crowding, The treatment included complete lingual appliances, and the planning of one upper premolar extraction, following the precepts recommended by Bacci Bonding System (BBS), based on a simplified laboratory phase and brackets transfer. Results and Conclusion: Lingual Orthodontics is an attractive option for orthodontic treatment, mainly in adults, and BBS offers a simplified laboratory procedure without the need to use set-ups. It can be concluded that is possible to successfully reach up the proposed treatment objectives and correct a complex malocclusion with excellence, using this procedure.
