This report describes the use of a simplified lingual technique know as “Social Six”, which is used for small dental misalignment in the anterior dental segment. This adult patient presented relapse in the lower anterior crowding. SPEED SystemTM Lingual Anterior Alignment Appliance was used to correct anterior dental alignment. This type of treatment does not require setup, and indirect bonding was performed. The sequence of archwires used included only round wires (0.012, 0.014, 0.018-in NiTi and 0.018-inn SS). It was necessary to perform interproximal wear and to use a NiTi open spring for space gain. The treatment lasted eight months. The lower anterior segment was aligned, reestablishing aesthetics to the patient and proving to be a simple, fast, and truly invisible technique, demanding minimal patient collaboration.
