Guide for selecting the orthodontic miniscrew

The orthodontic mini-implants are used as a very effective and useful alternative in cases where anchorage is a critical factor for the orthodontic treatment success. In the domestic and international market, these temporary anchorage devices are sold with different designs, various diameters and lengths. The present literature review focused on mini-implants design and on collecting the characteristics of those manufactured in the domestic market.
