Introduction: The Intrusion Line appliance aims to correct the open bite. Its biggest advantage is the fact that there is no need for space between the roots, since the mini-implants are inserted in the palate. Description: This device consists of a set of hooks supported on mini-implants associated with a transpalatal arch. Results: it is an effective tool for orthodontists. Conclusion: In order to achieve success using the Intrusion Line appliance, care must be taken when installing the mini-implants, in diagnosis and treatment planning.
