Introduction: Anterior guidance is one of the most important goals in Orthodontics, relative to functional occlusion, vertical stability of the treatment and labial esthetics. Objective: In the part I of this article, we explored the importance of the anterior guidance in the long-term stability of orthodontic cases. We will continue on this subject, now showing its importance in the position of the lips and, consequently, in facial esthetics.
