Introduction: Currently, the search for orthodontic aligners by both patients and orthodontists is increasing. The demand increases by the patients’ own demand for aesthetic and faster treatments. In this way, the orthodontist needs to hire manufacturing companies or manufacture their own aligners. Objective: The aim of this article is to present objectively the stages of making the aligners in-house or in-office, being accessible to any orthodontist who wishes to develop deeper into this area. Conclusion: The orthodontist today can acquire more accessible equipment and software, and is able to produce their own aligners in his own clinic.
