Orthodontic closure of missing maxillary central incisor avulsed due to trauma, in a Class II malocclusion

Objective: The aim of this article is to report the treatment of an maxillary central incisor avulsed due to trauma, in a Class II malocclusion. Description: The first right maxillary premolar was extracted, and the mesial movement of the lateral incisor was performed to replace the central, canine to replace the lateral, premolar to replace the canine and the molars on the left side finished in Class II. For the progress of the treatment, orthodontic mini-implants were used as anchorage for the dental movements. Conclusion: The treatment strategy met the aesthetic, occlusal and functional goals of the treatment.
