Surgical cases of Angle Class III malocclusion can be attributed to a number of anterior-posterior discrepancies, including maxilla deficiency. The treatment of this kind of malocclussion in adults implies in combined orthodontic correction and orthognathic surgery. This clinical case shows orthodontic prepare before surgical therapy, which envolved maxillary advance and the submental region lipoaspiration in order to improve esthetics.
