The authors present a clinical report in which an economic, reversible and not invasive technique was used in snoring treatment. The anti-snoring appliance (ASA) was developed based on knowledge of orthodontic, prosthetic and neuromuscular physiology of the stomatognathic system. Using this treatment philosophy, the obtained results have been the snoring reduction to a physiologic level and even its complete elimination.
