The objective of this research is to evaluate both in a clinical and cephalometric way, a treatment that was undertaken using the Jones Jig device. This device was used in association with the palatal bar in order to correct a dental asymmetry with the diversion of the median line in a patient who had malocclusion Class II, division 2, subdivision. It was demonstrated the distal process of the upper molars, in a short period of time, with a minimum loss of anchorage, without the patient’s colaboration. After undertaking the Class II correction, upper and lower fixed braces were used to finish the treatment.
