Oportunity of Orthognathic Surgery in Mandibular Prognathism Patients. A Clinical Case With Long Term Follow Up

A case of mandibular prognathism in a young female subject of 12 years old who was treated orthodontically and surgically, critera follow up of 13 years is discribed to discuss and justify the treatment in teenagers. Advantages and disadvantages of surgery during mandibular terminal growth are presented.
