Dental trauma in the primary dentition may considerably influence the sucessor permanent teeth development. This relatively common occurrence may cause a crown dislodgement related to the root of the tooth, thus generating a curvature defined as dilaceration, wich in most of cases obstruct the normal eruption of the permanent tooth. The aim of this study is to report a clinical case of primary teeth trauma leaving to a dilaceration of permanent sucessor, and show the orthodontic-surgic treatment released.
