The correction of Class II molar relationship is considered usual procedure in Orthodontics anytime distalization of Upper Molars is required, with or without orthopedic alterations. Since the 70’, several researchers have been developing aparatology able to manage Molar Distalization with a quantity of movement very hard to achieve untill then. Those researchers were looking for the maximum efficiency in a minimum period of treatment, with a small or no patient cooperation. The aim of this study has been the search of appliances to be used in the correction of a Class II molar relationship, which were intraoral, more aesthetic, and fixed, to reduce the need for patient cooperation during the treatment. Among them, Magnets, Jasper Jumper, Hilgers’ Pendulum, Jones’ Jig, and Distal Jet have been selected.
